前景广阔,需求量大
当前中国人口已经高达13亿之多,排名世界第一。经济实体排名已超过德国,排名世界第三,市场庞大、消费水平大大提升。随着内需的进一步开拓,中国的市场潜力也在不断扩容。按照2006年国家统计局比例数据显示,裤子消费人口接近4亿人,人均每季度两条裤子是32亿条,每条平均50元即为1600亿的市场总量。最保守的估计,每人每季度仅仅是两条裤子,而且是目标市场,举全国市场而计。人口为十三亿,市场总量过万亿大关。这就是市场,这就是商机!实际上,中国裤业市场还没有将潜力完全发掘,巨大利润空间尚且不为人注意,今后必将掀起新一轮瓜分狂潮!
后来居上,重新洗牌
观察裤装市场,有这么个现象:时装店大多处于风雨飘摇状态,顾客在店里挑来挑去,导购讲破嘴皮子,最终还是成交不起来……唯有裤装店,顾客直奔主题,手模眼看,掏钱就买,平均成交率是时装店的5–10倍。因此,这几年裤装市场急剧膨胀,正成为服装行业最聚集财富的漩涡地带。
单品裤装的商机浮出水面,巨大的市场空白冲击着当前的产业格局,可以预见在不久的将来服装产业将会来一次彻底的洗牌,传统上衣未必能敌得过下半身的风采,市场主导权也可能拱手相让给裤装!
更新迅速,产品看好
相对于上衣来说,裤装更容易磨损,因为人的活动能量主要集中在腿部,行走坐卧,抬拉屈伸,使裤子最容易产生撕拉磨损,平均一件上衣磨损的时间竟然和三条裤子磨坏的时间持平,换句话来说,这就是商机!只要你的商圈内不少于2000人,你一年就能销售8000条裤子,算算利润有多大。
时装玩流行,过季不负责,可谓来匆匆去匆匆。这边新货才上架,那边就满街都是流行色,一下子就过时了,只好作甩货处理,辛苦半天,就挣点血汗钱!裤装可不这样,从来不玩流行色,样式变化少,流行周期长,四季都旺销,就算稍微积压或缺码断色,也不会造成重大影响,可谓扬长避短、占尽优势!
